Cancellation Policy

To cancel please contact us 7 days in advance of your booking date. Please note that your deposit will not be refunded due to operating costs of creating the clients overlays and editing the clients musical choices. The only exception to this is the 48 hour grace period after the deposit is paid. There are no other exceptions. Please contact us with any questions.
