How far in advance can I rent equipment for my event, party, or special occasion? You must rent our equipment 1 week in advance to secure your scheduled rental time.

Is there a deposit for this rental? A deposit of $100 is required for photo booth rental.

How do I make payments and will I have to pay in advance? Payments are accepted through the booking link. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required when booking and balance must be paid a minimum 7 days before your event. This deposit is deducted from the final total.

What other payment options are available? Payments are ONLY accepted through our online booking system.

What is your policy on cancellations? The $100 deposit is non-refundable due to the operating costs associated with creating the clients personal overlays and editing the clients musical choice. The event date will automatically cancel and time slot will be forfeited if final payment is not received within 7 days of clients event date. There are no exceptions.

What happens if there is any damage to our camera or booth? The cost of repairing any damages to NE Tyme 360 Photo Booth property will be charged to the booking client.
